What countries do you ship to?
We have now changed our focus and regrettably have had to switch the countries that we ship to to Canada exclusively . We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to restart shipping to the United States ( and other countries) soon.
What is Tea?
Tea is a drink that is made when leaves from the Camellia sinensis are brewed. This is usually done by placing the leaves in hot water. Although tea, by its exact definition, is supposed to be made with this one plants leaves many other people have adopted the name to many other steeped beverages. Examples of this can be seen in Chamomile tea as it is not coming from the Camellia sinensis plant it is not actually tea… but we let that slide around these parts. 🙂
How are your prices so low?
We order in bulk to get great prices that we pass along to you. We also do not have a physical store so the over head is a lot lower. This way we are able to buy lots of great tea at low prices, and in turn save you lots of money.
What are the shipping rates, and do you have free shipping?
We currently offer free shipping on all orders over $75. On all orders below $75 the shipping rate is $14.95.
Do you have a store?
We are currently focused on providing the best tea available online, and thus to do not currently have a physical store where you can pick up tea.
What is the currency for all the prices on the store?
All our prices are in Canadian Dollar as we are located in Canada.
Are there any duties on purchases?
If you are ordering outside of Canada there is a possibility of duties being charged on purchases. These duties are out of the control of The TeaCupany, and are the responsibilities of the buyers.
Do you have any coupon codes?
Our prices are so low that we don’t have any coupon codes, however we will have specials from time to time so remember to check your email and keep coming back to the site.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products so if there is anything wrong with the condition of the delivered products, such as broken accessories or damaged goods we will gladly send you out another one as long as the situation warrants replacing the product. We understand that issues happen out of the control of you and us and we are very easy to talk to, so if there are any issues with the order don’t hesitate to contact us and we will try to make it right.
If there are issues with the tea we can accept refunds as long as the packaging is unopened.
Can I order for someone else and/or send it as a gift?
We will do anything we can to ensure you can easily share the happiness that our tea can provide, so if there is anything we can do to make your order special for you or your loved ones just send us an email and tell us how we can help out.
Can the Tea Of The Month club be combined with others for free shipping?
As the tea of the month club has the shipping aspect already included in the pricing it is not able to be used in conjunction with other purchases to receive free shipping.
